Free · 20 minutes · on Teams

Book a 20-minute check. Get your gaps in writing.

A JTF specialist goes through how you prove temperature control to your inspector or auditor, against the rule that applies to you. Afterwards you get a branded report of what we found and what to fix first, yours to keep whether or not you work with us.

The call: what happens

Twenty minutes, three steps

  1. 01

    Pick a time

Choose a 20-minute slot that suits you. You get a Teams invitation straight away.

  2. 02

    We talk it through

What you store, who inspects you, how you record, alarm and calibrate today, and what happened at your last inspection or audit.

  3. 03

    You get the report

A short, branded report of the gaps we found against your regulation, in priority order, with what an inspector would expect to see.

Who you speak to

You speak to a specialist, not a script

Your check is run by one of our business development managers, who work with NHS labs, pharmacies, distributors and cold stores every week and know what an inspector asks. They are there to look at your evidence with you, not to give a product tour.

What you get

  • Your gaps against the rule that applies to you, in priority order
  • What an inspector or auditor would expect to see for each one
  • The quick fixes you can make yourself
  • A copy to share with your quality team, yours to keep

Book your check

Choose a time, or tell us when suits

Online booking opens when our new system goes live. Until then, send this and we'll find a slot with you.

Is it really free?

Yes. The call and the report cost nothing, and there's no catch: the report is yours whether or not you ever buy from us.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. Many people use the report to fix things themselves. If you'd like help with any of it, we'll quote separately.

Is the call recorded?

We ask at the start whether we may record it, so the report reflects exactly what you told us. If you'd rather not, we take notes instead. Either way, it's only used to write your report.

Who sees my report?

You, and the JTF team who ran your check. We don't share it with anyone else.

What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. It helps to know what you store, who inspects you and roughly how many fridges, freezers, rooms or vehicles you have.

Is this official guidance?

No. It's our specialists' reading of the rules, with the sources named. Your inspector's or auditor's view is the one that counts.

We use your details to reply to this request, nothing else. See our privacy notice.
