Log in to Sematics to see your sites, alarms and reports. If something isn't working, call us on 0121 794 8092 or email support@jtfwireless.com, and an engineer picks it up.

Your sites, alarms and reports
Log in to Sematics with the email address your account was set up with.
- Forgotten your password? Use the reset option on the login page, or email us.
- New colleague who needs access? Ask your site's Sematics administrator, or email support@jtfwireless.com with their name, email and site.
- Someone has left? Tell us so we can remove their access and alarms stop going to them.
Report a fault

A person reads every report. The more of the details below you can give, the faster an engineer can help.
Urgent: call 0121 794 8092
For a unit out of range with no alarm, a gateway offline, or a site that has stopped reporting. Alarm support follows your service agreement.
Not urgent: email support@jtfwireless.com
For a sensor reading oddly, a report question, a user change or a calibration date.
What to tell us
Your site, the unit or sensor name as it shows in Sematics, what you're seeing and since when, and a phone number for whoever is on site.
