Request a quote

Know what you need? Ask for a quote

Tell us the site, the units and the service, and we'll come back with a written quotation. If you're not yet sure what your inspector or auditor expects, the 20-minute check is the better first step.

Your request

What to include

The more of this you can give us, the fewer questions we have to ask before the quote.

  • The site or sites: where they are and what's stored there (medicines, vaccines, samples, blood, food).
  • The units: how many fridges, freezers, cold rooms or stores, and any ultra-low freezers.
  • What you have now: a current system, its age, or paper records.
  • The service: monitoring, calibration, mapping, validation, or support for an older system.
  • Your deadline: an inspection, an audit date or a contract renewal.
  • Existing customer adding sensors or a site? Say so, and give your site name.

Pick the service and add the details in the message box.

We use your details to reply to this request, nothing else. See our privacy notice.

What happens next

From your request to a written quote

  1. 01

    A person reads it

Someone from our team reads your request, checks it against what you've told us and replies within one working day.

  2. 02

    We ask what's missing

If we need a floor plan, a unit list or a site visit to price it properly, we say so and arrange it.

  3. 03

    You get a written quotation

Itemised, with what's included and what isn't. A quotation is valid for 30 days under our terms of business.

  4. 04

    You decide

Your purchase order or written acceptance starts the work. Nothing is ordered until then.

20-minute compliance check

Not sure what to ask for?

In 20 minutes we look at how you prove temperature to your inspector or auditor, and where the gaps are. You get a short list of what to fix first. No product tour.
